The Ladahk bring us till the sky, as we rode till the second highest (motorable) pass of the world, at 5345m. The landscapes were wonderfull, in a desert on the middle of high mountain. The people are strongly budhist and strongly ressemble to the Tibetain, which made a real interst to cycle there.

However, cycle at such altitude was really tireless, and we encounter the hardest part of our trip so far, cycling sometime only 15km in the day). Our difficulties were due too altitude (Elena got altitude sickness) and due too heavy luggage (65kg each).
